Instructor Braga is the President of the Panamerican Sinmoo Hapkido Union. He is the founder of Mayan Sinmoo Hapkido and currently teaches in Merida, Yucatan, Mexico. Master Braga has been integral to the spread of Sinmoo Hapkido throughout Latin America.
